Do I Need To Prepare For A Technicians Visit

We recommend  to do the pre-vacuuming of your  carpets & rugs before our technicians visit.  We would appreciate if you make your carpet or a rug area free from any furniture & other stuff, especially light clothes, children or pets toys etc. Please make sure you take away  coins, pins etc., easily broken things such as glasses, lamps, electronics, photo frames etc. We do not take responsibility for any loss or damage if you leave your valuable items in harm’s way.

How Long Does It Take To Clean My Couch?

Standard couch cleaning takes up to 1 hour and a half. Sectional couch cleaning depends on the size, in most cases it takes not longer than 2-3 hours.

Does Our Technician Move Furniture?

Our technician moves furniture as much as he can and as long as it does not outreach limited weight (up to 50 pounds). Additional moving services (1 more technician to help to move your heavy furniture) are offered for additional fee.

How Often Should I Clean My Carpets (Rugs) and Furniture Professionally?

Carpets and rugs at high-trafficked areas every 6-8 month, furniture every 1-2 years depending on the color of fabric, mattress every 2 years.
