I called isteamers to inquire about my sofa cleaning. Their customers service was professional, honest and very quick to make an appointment for me. When their tech arrived they got to work immediately and finished it in about one hour and a half for my sectional sofa. Now it looks brand new. I will definitely use your services again. Definitely 5 star service.
I purchased this on Craigslist so the white sofa had tons of “wine stains” and other unknown stains. It was actually pretty nasty. I wasn’t expecting them to come out completely but he worked his magic and it’s basically like new!

Amazing!!! Yaroslau did a fantastic job on our living room rug and two bedroom wall to wall carpets. Service was excellent. They have a very friendly technician Yaroslau who mad a job very professionally. Moreover, he was very friendly and knowledgeable. He also showed up within promised time as it stated in my order confirmation. I recommend isteamers.

I was in desparate need for my couch cleaning. We have not cleaned it for 3 years. It was heavily stained and even changed its color into darker colors. We called this company. I like that have a fixed prices with no hidden fees. Moreover, they offer great packages with clearly stated services. You choose what works better for your couch and your wallet 🙂 Everything was fair, we paid for the basic deep steam cleaning and got really impressing results. Our couch look almost like brand new now. I would definitely recommend i-steamers.

Thank you to all the previous reviewers who helped me to choose i-steamers. We had a great technician Yaraslau who cleaned our off white sofa and 8 by 10 rug. Sofa was in need for cleaning the most because we had never cleaned it before. Now it looks perfect, much more lighter and fresh. The guy showed us water after the rug cleaning and we were surprised how dirty our rug had been. Water was black black like oil. We realized we need to clean the rug more regularly. I would like to point out at the customer service this company has. Customer service is super advanced. I think that such companies have to be present only in 21st century. I will explain: I am always busy at work and can not make calls out other than for work purposes. They have a beautiful website equipped with the chat system where you can get an online estimate in 1 minute and schedule the cleaning within next 2 minutes. I received the email confirmation in next 2 minutes and we were all set. Awesome! I think it is crucial nowadays when you can schedule the service in a such efficient and convenient way. 5 stars!!

The most TERRIBLE experience EVER!!! DO NOT pick their service. They were two hours and 15 minutes late from the appointment time. Appointment was between 2-4 pm and their tech never showed up until 4:15 pm with no curtesy call, nor didn’t answer my texts or calls. Their technician Yaroslay never apologized for being late. I am so disgusted with such poor carpet cleaning service. Will never use them again. Stay away from isteamers.

Our dog peed on our new queen size mattress. We needed same day cleaning for our mattress. Super fast customer service made the scheduling process very convenient and quick. We needed someone to come to the office and clean our carpeted floors. We went on the internet, called a few places and got a few quotes. I called isteamers and talked to Kevin, their manager. He came to our office withing 30 mins. of me talking to him, gave me a great quote and we made an appt. for January 2nd. Their team was at the office earlier than he said and they got right to work. i-steamers is OUTSTANDING COMPANY. They are not only honest with they work but also fair. They team did an EXCELLENT job with our carpets and we will call Kevin again and again, since he also does furniture and rugs for business and home.
I will be calling Bob next time my home or office carpets need cleaning and he will be doing monthly maintanance to our office for a VERY reasonable fee.

I have 5 by 8 area wool rug that I never cleaned before since I bought it 1 year ago. I was looking for a rug cleaning service that would do the cleaning in my apartment. I received a couple of quotes from different companies. These guys were very competitive. I like that they do not give catchy prices like $20 for a rug steam cleaning. They quoted me with a fair price and I paid exactly what I was quoted with. My rug looks fresh and clean now. Thank you i steamers.

Terrible Experience!!!! I scheduled mattress cleaning with this company and paid $120. Now I feel robbed because I expected better cleaning results. They did not remove neither of stains I had had before the cleaning. My first aim of getting this mattress cleaned was to remove stains. They failed. DO NOT RECOMMEND I STEAMERS.

Not a good service, the carpet is still dirty and now it is with white spots, they not even moved the chairs to clean, just “clean” around it, I called them, sent pictures, they offered a reschedule but never did it. Never again.

I have used i steamers 3 times for doing my carpets and tiles, and both times the results were exceptional. We have white floor tiles with white grout which was almost black and their technician cleaned them perfectly, as well as my upper level which has wall to wall carpeting and carpeted stairs. My house looks and smells brand new now. They are always on time and they prices are great and very affordable! Highly recommended i steamers in NYC.

Five stars and Kevin never even cleaned my rugs. Kevin seemed very professional. He explained the types of rugs I have and how cleaning might affect them. He explained the different types of stains and the likelihood that cleaning would remove them. After a pessimistic 15 minute consultation from him, where he basically said, “I’ll clean your rugs for you if you want, but I don’t think you should do that.” I declined to have him clean.
This was exactly the type of service I was hoping for.

I am a personal assistant/housekeeper and was searching for a client who’s new puppy soiled their Jute rug. I called 9 different carpet cleaners and was told this could not be done by 8, one offered to come the same day but didn’t know what Jute is. Kevin knew every cleaner I called and suggested Soho Oriental Rug Cleaners. Though he could not clean the rug for me, he took the time to explain why and then recommended a place that could take care of my needs.

Great service!! I had had the carpets cleaned 3 times before I-steamers came to my abode. The stain in the beige carpet in the sunroom had become family. We called it Midge. Kevin came over, was quite OCD about the whoe carper cleaning thing, which he should be since it is what he does! When he left, we noticed Midge had moved on too. Midge was gone! He’s been here 3 times since. cleaned out the stains from the aging and incontinent dog, the messy boarder who rented the downstairs room and other dirt that just came over and never left.
His prices are reasonable considering he did what no other carpet cleaner could do. Definately 5 stars

It’s hard to imagine better carpet cleaning service.
My carpets hadn’t been cleaned in longer than I care to admit. OK, ever. My kids had stained them and my dogs and cats – well, you get the idea.
Kevin not only got my carpets cleaner than I thought possible, but he gave me all kinds of useful advice on how to keep them that way. He really knows his stuff and enjoys sharing it.
I won’t wait as long for the next cleaning, and it’ll be I-steamers who does the work.

Why am I giving a man 5 stars who DIDN’T CLEAN our carpet? Because Kevin spent 20 minutes explaining patiently (with diagrams) that our way too expensive “investment” carpet is woven wool, and the only way to clean it is to take it to his workshop and do it properly. We don’t have the $ for that now, but will save up for it, and call Kevin when it is time.

It took Kevin and I a while to get a mutually convenient date for an appointment but the wait was well worth it. I brought him in to do the nearly impossible: bring back to life our terribly stained TV room sofa. He more than exceeded my expectations and perhaps his own too. Kevin has come to my house several times now. He did a fantastic job on what I thought was permanently stained/worn carpet. It came out like new. And, the carpet was not of a quality I thought would ever come back to life. But it did. Very impressed. It hadn’t been cleaned for 4 years with two little kids and lots of visiting friends beating on it. He also did an expensive wool oriental rug for me. Beautiful. Also, the carpet is not left wet, but just the slightest bit damp to the touch. It fully dried in 12 hours (On a NYC foggy day). He gave me paper booties so I can go about my business 🙂 He was great about moving furniture around and taking care of baseboards and so on. He is a delight to talk with and gives great education on rugs and carpets as far as what to buy and how to clean. Prompt as well. I will have him return every six months or so.

Kevin was very thorough, gave a fair estimate on the phone and re-evaluated the pricing after measuring our space before starting. He explained the process in detail, and gave me great tips for keeping the carpet in decent shape after the cleaning.
